Honitriniela Randriamparany comes from Madagascar island. She graduated from the Ecole Nationale d'Informatique (ENI) of the University of Fianarantsoa, Madagascar, in 1989. She has been an assistant at the ENI since January 1990.
She was a trainee at the Software Engineering Laboratory of EPFL from October 1993 to December 1995. She attended with success the postgraduate course Genie Logiciel: principes, methodes et outils in 1995.
She obtained her diploma "D.E.A en Système d'Information" from Joseph Fourier University of Grenoble (in collaboration with MATIS) in 1997. She did her training course within the Meninge group of LSR laboratory at IMAG.
She is a PhD student at Centre Univeristaire d'Informatique (CUI), University of Geneva, from November 1997, within the Visual Programming and Software Engineering Group. From November 1997 to June 2000, she was assistant of the course Introduction à l'Informatique for the first year physic students. Since October 2000, she is assistant of the "Génie Logiciel" course for the third year students, in computer-science section.
She takes an interest in software process modeling, in
object-oriented
technology, in software
patterns, in visual
programming, and in parallel
programming.
